Hi-Genki Lactobacillus bifidus is a supplement made by adding Lactobacillus bifidus (1.7 billion spores per packet) to Genmai Koso (fermented brown rice), which is made by fermenting brown rice that is rich in dietary fibers with Koji culture (Aspergillus oryzae). It was developed by searching for Lactobacillus bifidus among various lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria that can be expected to have a synergistic effect with Genmai Koso (fermented brown rice). It also contains additional Oligosaccharides that increase beneficial bacteria.
The Lactobacillus bifidus bacteria used in this supplement is not derived from dairy products, so even people who are lactose intolerant can take it.
