How to Consume Genmai Koso

  • Make sure to have it with water or tea.
    First, put the Genmai Koso granules in your mouth, swirl some water in your mouth to dissolve the granules, and then swallow.
  • If you like the flavor, you can chew the granules as they dissolve.
  • Add this to your daily diet by adding it to your food like soy yogurt, slightly cooled miso soup, and more!
  • We recommend consuming 3 to 9 packets every day.
